Agentforce is built on two core builder tools: Agent Builder for defining agent behavior and Prompt Builder for crafting the instructions and context agents use when responding. • Flex Credits — $500 per 100k credits — Pay per action as you scale. Supports customer-facing agents, employee-facing agents, Agentforce Voice, and Digital Wallet.
• Conversations — $2 per conversation — Pay per conversation for customer-facing agents. Digital Wallet included. Pre-purchase buying model only.

Who Agentforce Is For

Agentforce is purpose-built for organizations already running on Salesforce. If your customer data, support tickets, leads, and workflows live in Salesforce, Agentforce agents have immediate access to that context without integration work.
